KnockOut! was a boxing game, "loosely" based on Nintendo's Punch-Out!!, where the player would manage boxers and fight to win the belt.

The game featured a built-in editor to edit the boxers animations and stats and was designed for PocketPC and mobiles. A development Windows version was also maintained.
